Harveys Lake Borough, Pennsylvania

[Former Ch. 31, Planning Commission, adopted 4-5-1978 by Ord. No. 1-78, as amended, was repealed 2-19-2002 by Ord. No. 1-2002. Said ordinance abolished the Planning Commission pursuant to the authority vested in Harveys Lake Borough Council by Section 202 of the Pennsylvania Municipal Planning Code (53 P.S. § 10202). It also provided that "all functions authorized to be performed by the Harveys Lake Borough Planning Commission as authorized by the Pennsylvania Municipal Planning Code (53 P.S. § 12101 et seq.) shall be performed by the County of Luzerne."]
