The Borough of Harveys Lake
is offering pick-up for seriors (age 62+)
and disabled citizens
May 11-15 and May 18-22, 2009

The first load the Borough picks up will have a $10.00 charge

If it is necessary to return for a second load, there will be a fee of $25.00 per truckload thereafter

Senior and disabled residents may call the Borough beginning Monday, May 4th to arrange for pick-up.

Beginning Monday, May 11th, senior and disabled residents may place their unwanted items in front of their homes and the Borough employees will pick them up on a daily basis. We cannot guarantee any specific date for pick-up.

The Road Crew will not go onto anyone's property to remove items.

There is an additional $5.00 charge for each car tire, $3.00 for each battery and propane tank. any major white appliance is $10.00 each. A "white appliance" is a refrigerator, stove, washer/dryer, hot water tank, freezer, etc.

Call the Borough Secretary at 639-3300 to register for pick-up or mail in check for $10.00
